Automate PDF tasks with Action Wizard
Action Wizard helps you do a series of tasks to your PDFs with just one click! Instead of doing the same steps over and over for every file, you can make the computer do it for you!
Go to File → Action Wizard → Create New Action
Imagine having a lots of documents that need a "Confidential" stamp on them. Instead of adding it one by one, you can set up an action to do it for you automatically! Here's how:
Add a watermark and type "Confidential" instead of "Watermark" in the action settings
Add document security with a password to make sure no one can change documents
Save the action and name it, for example, "Watermark and Security"
Add and specify "Save As..." action settings to define file names and a save location
